4. Data Protection and Compliance

We are committed to protecting sensitive care data. Our platform is designed to help you maintain compliance with CQC, Ofsted, GDPR, and other relevant regulations. However, you remain responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable healthcare and data protection laws.

5. Service Availability

We work to keep the service reliably available, but we do not commit to a specific uptime percentage. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Support is provided during UK business hours, and we communicate planned maintenance in advance.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscription terms:

• Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
• 30-day free trial available for new customers
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

7. Limitation of Liability

Alternative Care Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
